Colorant et gluten?

C'est vraiment gentil de rechercher des trucs sans gluten pour aider ceux et celles qui souffrent de cette intolérance, puisque effectivement UNE ou DEUX-TROIS GOUTTES SEULEMENT peuvent faire réagir une personne intolérante

OUI les colorants ont du gluten. La majorité d'ailleurs. Donc bonbons, popsicles etc etc.
Ce n'est pas facile pour nous, ma fille de 6 ans et moi, et nous apprécions vraiment les efforts des gens.

Par contre, il ne faut pas croire qu'il viendront vous le dire si ils sont malades puisque c'est gênant. Mon amie a fait des efforts immenses pour nous faire un gâteau d'anniversaire sans gluten, et jai été malade. Peut^tre c'était le moule qui avait des miettes de farine, peut être le glaçage, je ne sais pas, mais elle était tellement contente, et elle y a mis tant d'efforts, que je n'étais pas pour lui dire le sur-lendemain que j'ai réagit toute la journée du lendemain de la fête! Il ne faut pas oublier que les réaction d'intolérance prennent souvent du temps à se prononcer, soit 4 à 24 heures plus tard, lors de la digestion.

Je réagis même si le produit ne possède pas de gluten, mais qu'il est conçu dans une usine qui possède d'autres produits avec gluten. Le gluten est TRÈS volatile

So, if you can tolerate mild to moderate amounts of gluten, I'd say you're pretty safe even if the products contain trace amounts.
